New York based women’s luxury fashion brand SUNO has been a style trailblazer with its progressive efforts toward fair-trade business practices. Max Osterweis discovered his love for Kenya and its colorful textiles as a filmmaker. After witnessing post election violence he was driven by a desire to use his talents to create a positive change. Max teamed up with fashion designer and friend, Erin Beatty, a Parsons graduate and former designer for The Gap and Generra, to launch a high-end fashion collection with a conscience.
