When over half your race takes place on the curve, you need shoes that hold you in. These adidas track spikes lock down the foot with a ripstop mesh upper that's reinforced inside and out. They run on a moulded spike plate, which allows for a smooth transition while driving the curve. Fine-tuned for the 200m and 400m, they also work great at the 100m and the first and third legs of the 4x100.
